An application for reevaluation of a decision issued in accordance with the Law 4957/2022 can be submitted within 60 days from the date of receipt of the relevant decision.
To submit your request for reevaluation, you will need to submit a new application, through eDoatap platform, stating in the comments’ section that “the present application is an application for reavaluation of my application with ref. no. XXX”. As “other document”, you should complete and upload the application for reevaluation as well as any other supporting document. As receipt of payment, you will upload the payment receipt of the required fee [Receipt of fee payment of 153,60€ (150€+2.4% additional charges) to the Bank of Greece (SWIFT CODE: BNGRGRAA, IBAN: GR05 0100 0240 0000 0002 6072 595). The name of the applicant should be indicated as depositor on the receipt].
As soon as you have submitted the application and received a reg. nr. ΥΥΥ, you can send a message to protocol_A@doatap.gr with the following content: “I inform you that the application with reg. nr. XXX is an application for reevaluation of my application with ref. nr. ΥΥΥ and I am asking you to act accordingly“.
